Programme information
Designed in collaboration with Atlassian, this course allows you to select a business scenario to apply design approaches and Agile methodologies for the effective design and development of new products, as well as the optimisation of existing products. You will also learn how to design product launch strategies for both new and re-released products and evaluate various continuous improvement methodologies to facilitate ongoing product enhancement. To complete the course, you will produce a product development plan (using Agile methodologies, including user stories and prototyping methods) and a product launch plan (detailing how success will be measured using specific metrics, and plans for product improvement).
